About Black Stack Diesel

Built by truck people. For truck people.

Black Stack Diesel was started by Nicholas Antel, based in Winona, Missouri — out of pure frustration trying to find parts for a '99 7.3L Power Stroke without spending half a weekend scrolling past garbage that didn't fit.

Anyone who's owned an older diesel knows the drill. You're looking for a specific part — maybe a fuel pressure regulator, maybe a turbo upgrade, maybe just a damn dash pod that fits a 1999 Super Duty and not a Ford Focus. So you start searching. And the parts sites give you everything BUT what you need. Stuff for gas trucks. Stuff for the wrong year. Stuff for the wrong engine. Stuff that's been "compatible with all 7.3L diesels" in a way that absolutely means it's not.

So we built Black Stack Diesel to be the parts site we wanted to use.

We focus on three engine platforms:

For trucks from 1994 to 2024. If it runs on diesel and you own it, we want to be the easiest place to find what fits.

Why we do it differently

Diesel folks shop differently. We don't care what some parts site thinks is a "popular accessory." We care about whether the lift kit on the page fits a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 with a 6.7L Cummins, or whether the fuel injector you're looking at is the right one for an LMM Duramax versus an LBZ.

So we built a catalog you can actually filter properly. You tell us the truck. We show you what fits. No wading through half-ton truck accessories, no parts for gas engines, no guessing.

What we do

We connect diesel truck owners and mechanics with the parts they need. From performance tuners to suspension kits to OEM replacement components — if it's for a diesel platform we listed above, we likely carry it or can get it.

We also built AI-assisted diagnostics — powered by Claude — to help you work through what's actually wrong with your truck before you start ordering parts. Throw a code at it, describe a symptom, and get diesel-specific answers that account for known issues like 6.0L head gasket failures, VP44 issues on 24V Cummins, or LB7 injector balance.

The business

Black Stack Diesel is a registered DBA of Dynamic Innovative Solutions LLC, based in Winona, Missouri. We're not a dropshipping front, we're not based offshore, and we're not running a Shopify store full of products we've never heard of. We're a real Missouri business owned and operated by one guy who got tired of bad diesel parts sites.
