At Black Stack Diesel, we want you to get the right part for your truck. Because we ship directly from our distribution partners, returns follow the process below. Please read it carefully before purchasing, and always contact us before sending anything back — returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.

All returns require prior authorization (an RMA). Packages sent back without authorization will be refused.
To request a return, email help@black-stack-diesel.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

We accept returns on items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or shipped in error. To qualify, products must be:
Opened, installed, or used products cannot be returned.
Because we are unable to accept buyer's-remorse or change-of-mind returns on most items, please double-check fitment, part numbers, and quantities before ordering. If you're unsure whether a part fits your truck, email us first — we're glad to help.
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law:
Once your authorized return is received and inspected:
Inspect every shipment immediately on delivery. Report any incorrect items or shipping damage within 5 business days of delivery by emailing help@black-stack-diesel.com with photos of the product, the packaging, and the part-number label, along with your order number.
If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we'll make it right at no return-shipping cost to you.
Most parts we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not by Black Stack Diesel directly. If a product fails after installation, it may qualify for manufacturer warranty consideration — email help@black-stack-diesel.com and we'll help you start a claim.
Please understand that warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer, and we cannot reimburse installation or labor costs, paint or prep work, towing or storage fees, vehicle downtime, lost wages, third-party expenses, or any incidental or consequential damages. Replacement parts under warranty may be billed initially, with credit issued once the manufacturer or carrier approves the claim.
Some products carry a core charge — a refundable deposit on a rebuildable part (the old unit you replace). To receive your core refund, the old core must be returned in accordance with the manufacturer's core-return requirements. Contact help@black-stack-diesel.com for core-return instructions specific to your part.
