A core charge is a refundable deposit added to certain rebuildable parts — alternators, starters, injectors, turbos, transmissions, and engine components.

How it works:

• You pay the core deposit when you place your order.
• After you install the new part, box up your old (broken) part.
• Ship the old part back to us.
• We refund your core charge once we receive it.

Tips:

• You have up to 30 days to return the core.
• The old part must be complete and rebuildable (no missing pieces).
• Reuse the shipping box the new part came in.
